Veggie Pizza Snacks

List of Ingredients
Vegetable oil spray
1 pkg (10 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
8 oz fat-free or low-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup nonfat or light sour cream
2 tbsp fat-free or low-fat ranch salad dressing
4 cups chopped or finely sliced fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, radishes, mushrooms, cucumbers, seeded and drained cherry tomatoes, celery, red onion or any combination)
Recipe
Heat oven using package directions on dough. Spray a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan or a baking sheet with vegetable oil spray.
Pat dough over bottom of pan or pat into a rectangle on a baking sheet. Bake using package directions. Let stand until cool, about 10-15 minutes.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in salad dressing. Spread over crust. Arrange vegetables on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. To serve, cut into 20 squares. Serves 20.
