    These low fat spicy "fries" go well with Southwestern Mini-burgers. "Oven-Fries" have become a lowfat staple

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds baking potatoes - peeled and julienned
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1/4 teaspoon cumin

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
