List of Ingredients




1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
3 cups water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cloves garlic, finely diced (1 to 2)
2 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 Pinch each: marjoram, basil, black pepper
Grated parmesan cheese, optional


Recipe



Combined all ingredients in saucepan and simmer over medium heat for at least 40 minutes. Spoon over prepared crust and top as desired. Makes about 4 1/2 cups of sauce.
