    List of Ingredients




    2/3 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
    6 tablespoons onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    2 cups potato, diced
    4 cups water
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1 whole bay leaf
    6 Tablespoons flour
    1 cup skim milk
    3 cups skim milk, hot
    4 cups corn

    Recipe



    Saute turkey bacon until lightly browned, remove from a skillet and chop. Add
    to the skillet, onions,& celery and saute lightly. Pour onion and celery
    mixture into a stockpot and add potatoes, water, salt, paprika and bay leaf.
    Cook for 45 min. or until potatoes are tender.
    Bring soup to a boil. In a small bowl mix flour w/ the one cup of cold milk.
    Add to the boiling soup. Cook for 5 mins. then add the hot milk and the corn.
    Reheat soup but do not boil a second time. Serve.

    Yield:
    "2 cups"
