Simple Tortellini Soup

List of Ingredients
2 cloves garlic , crushed
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cans (14.5 oz) chicken or clear vegetable broth
1 pkg (8 oz) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
1 pkg (15 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 can (14.5 oz) Italian stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped

Cook garlic in margarine or butter in large saucepan over
medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini; heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes more. Serve topped with cheese if desired. Makes 6 servings
