List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups diced onions
2 (15.5 oz) cans pinto beans
1 (15.5 oz) can kidney beans
1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.5 oz) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
2 (8 oz ea) cans Rotel tomatoes
1 (7-8 oz) can diced green chiles
1 (1.25 oz) pkg Taco Bell seasoning mix
1 (1 oz) pkg Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
Garnishes: Tostitos "Hint of Lime" or "Scoops" chips, Sour cream, Grated cheese, chopped scallions,

Brown the beef and onions in a large skillet; drain excess fat, then transfer the browned meat & onions to a large crockpot or a stockpot. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix, and cook in a crockpot on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over low heat on stove for about 1 hour.
Serve with your choice of chips, sour cream, cheese, chopped scallions & jalapenos.
