    Dark, rich sesame oil adds a distinct flavor to America's favorite side dish -- lightened up. For a touch of Asian influence cilantro is added.

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 pound prepackaged coleslaw mix, shredded cabbage and carrots
    1 medium red onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise, or reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    2 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
    1 tsp dark sesame oil
    1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
    1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. Cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yields about 1 cup per serving. Serves 4
