3 pt ~ Tofu Fruit Smoothie

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced,in light syrup, frozen, but partially thawed
1/2 cup ripe banana, sliced (I freeze mine)
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla or strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup soft silken tofu, drainedRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 2 (3/4 cup each)
