1 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half
1 cup mesclun mix, packed
2 teaspoons sun-dried tomato dressing
1/4 cup drained, roasted red pepper from a jar (about 1 whole pepper)
2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled (1/2 oz)
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Divide ingredients evenly between each half of pita.
