This smoothie supposedly helps lower your blood pressure.
List of Ingredients
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 medium banana, semi frozen & sliced
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt, or nonfat yogurt of your choice
2 teaspoons honey
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 2
