Recipe Introduction
This is a very simple and delicious appitizer. (can also be used as a main served on rice)
List of Ingredients
6 lbs. wings; cut into 3 pieces
cornstarch
garlic salt
beaten eggs
Sauce---
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 t. MSG
2 T. soy sauce
4 T. catsup
1/2 chicken stock
Recipe
Cover wing tips with water and cook; save broth for sauce. Dry remaining pieces, sprinkle with garlic salt. Let stand 2 hours. Roll into beaten egg then in cornstarch. Fry until golden brown. Dip each piece immediately in sauce and place on baking pan. Before baking pour remaining sauce over wings. bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Remove sauce to serve.
