List of Ingredients

3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup canola oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda



Recipe

Mix cocoa and boiling water.
Mix buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla together.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix dry ingredients into buttermilk/oil mixture.
Mix in cocoa.
Bake at 350 in two greased and floured and parchment lined 9-inch round pans.
Bake until tester comes out clean.
