3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups walnuts or pecans, chopped
2 cups granny smith apples, peeled andfinely chopped

Preheat oven to 325.
Butter and flour a 10-inch bundt pan Sift flour, soda and salt together Beat oil, eggs and vanilla for 3 minutes until well blended, add sugar to combine.
Gradually add dry ingredients and beat iuntil smooth.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Bake until tests done.
