List of Ingredients
3 lbs boneless country style pork ribs
2 tsp salt
1/2 c low sodium soy sauce
zest of 2 oranges - 1/2 inch strips
2 Tbl light molasses
2 tsp honey
2 Tbl hoisin sauce
2 pinches red pepper flakes
1 Tbl 5 spice powder

1. Preheat oven to 325
2. sprinkle salt in skillet over high heat. Brown ribs.
3. Combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes over med-low heat. Set aside
4. Line sheetpan with foil, spray with cooking spray and put ribs on pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Baste with sauce 3 - 4 times during baking.
