Irma's Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
5-6 Idaho potatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped
bread and butter pickles
black pepper
mayonnaise
parsley
2/3 cup water
4T Apple cider vinegar
1 cube Knorr chicken boullionRecipe
Boil potatoes the night before and let sit at room temperature.
Next day peel potatoes, slice , add onion and pickles - set aside.
Boil water, vinegar and boullion on low to dissolve. Pour over potatoes and toss
Cover and let marinate at room temperature for several hours.
Before serving add mayonnaise and parsley.
