Mariel's Amazing Salad Dressing

Recipe Introduction

A very mustardy, robust dressing for salad greens. Can also be used as a marinade for fish.

List of Ingredients

4 cups organic fresh spinach, washed and dried
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup yellow mustard
4 tablespoons olive oil
10 kalamata olives



Recipe

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Mixture can be used as salad dressing or marinade.
