Green Apple Salsa Fresca

Recipe Introduction
Serve chilled with tortilla chips. Excellent served with salmon, pork or lamb. (If desired, warm the salsa quickly in a saute pan before spooning over meat or fish.)
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup apple juice
2 cups peeled cored and diced green apples
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup seeded and diced fresh poblano chiles
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
Recipe
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
