    1/3 CUP WATER
    1/2 TSP. FLAVORED OILS
    FOOD COLOR
    CANDY THERMOMETER

    IN HEAVY SAUCEPAN BOIL SUGAR,KARO SYRUP AND WATER TO 300 DEGREES. STIR CONSTANTLY!
    REMOVE FROM HEAT WHEN LIQUID IS AT 300 DEGREES.
    ADD FLAVORING AND DROPS OF FOOD COLOR.
    POUR IMMEADIETLY INTO A WELLBUTTERED 8X8 INCH PAN-
    LET COOL BREAK APART
    SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR

    BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN WORKING WITH THIS SUGAR MIXTURE!!!
