    CLASSIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 CUP BUTTER~ SOFTENED
    1/2 CUP SUGAR
    1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
    1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
    1 EGG
    1/2 TSP. VANILLA
    1 1/4 CUP FLOUR
    1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA
    1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

    IN MIXING BOWL CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR. ADD PEANUT BUTTER, EGG AND VANILLA.
    BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.
    IN SEPERATE BOWL COMBINE FLOUR,BAKING SODA AND BAKING POWDER. MIX WELL. ADD TO CREAMED MIXTUREAND MIX WELL.
    SHAPE INTO 1" BALLS AND PLACE 2" APART ON A UN GREASED COOKIE SHEET.
    FLATTEN WITH BACK OF A FORK.
    BAKE 375 DEGREES FOR 10-12 MIN.
    MAKES 4 DOZEN
