    BRING WATER, SALT AND BUTTER TO A BOIL. ADD FLOUR ALL AT ONCE.STIR TIL MIXTURE FORMS A BALLAND LEAVES THE SIDES OF THE PAN. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. DROP BY TABLESPOONS FULL ON COOKIE SHEET .
    BAKE IN A VERY HOT OVEN 450 DEGREES FOR 10 MIN.LOWER HEAT TO 350 AND BAKE A ADDITIONAL 10-20 MINUTES LONGER
    COOL COMPLETELY AND FILL WITH PUDDING
    SPRINKLE WITH CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
