1 Box store bought cake mixRecipe
1. Read directions on cake mix
2. Add one more egg. (Or two for an even richer cake)
3. Replace oil with melted butter and double the amount.
4. Replace the water with an equal amount of milk.
5. Mix and bake according to package directions.
Possibilities:
Sift your dry cake mix before adding anything to it to make a lighter cake.
Mix for at least two full minutes.
