    Cake Ingredients
    • 1/2 C. Butter
    • 1 1/2 C. Sugar
    • 2 C. Flour
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 C. Mashed Banana
    • 1 tsp. baking soda, 5 T. Milk, 1/2 tsp vinegar all mixed
    Frosting Ingredients
    • 2 C. Powdered Sugar
    • 1 Egg
    • 1/4 C. Softened Butter
    • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

    Recipe



    • Mix all the cake ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
    • Put the mixed ingredients into a 9 inch square baking pan.
    • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
    • Mix all the frosting ingredients together and spread over cooled cake.
