List of Ingredients
5 lbs. ground beef 80/20
2 Tbsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Onion powder
2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp pepper
Sliced onion
Salt
Tomato Juice
Makes 7+ pintsRecipe
Mix and make 1" balls (1Tbsp)
Bake on rack in roasting pan or casserole @350 for 30 minutes
12 meatballs per pint + 1/2 slice onion per jar
1/2 tsp salt
Fill with tomato juice leaving 1" headspace
Pressure can for 75 minutes (1hr 15 minutes) @10-11 lbs.
Do not add fillers (Bread, bread crumbs etc.) and no binders (Eggs)
