Quick And Easy Chili

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef - browned
- 1 med. onion chopped - (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 15 oz. cans pinto beans
- 1 30 oz. can chili beans
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 4 oz. can chopped mild green chilis
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder (add chili powder to taste)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

- Everything is un-drained
- You can add Kidney beans or substitute whatever you have
Instructions
- Put all in a pot on the stove and just bring to boil, turn to simmer and stir occasionally. You can also put in a crock pot on high until hot then turn to low.
- To thicken, I mix a couple of heaping tablespoons of flour with COLD water (~3/4 cup) in a container with lid and shake to mix and stir into chili. You will want to simmer long enough to "cook out" the flour taste.
