    List of Ingredients




    � gallon milk
    1c white sugar
    1c uncooked long-grain white rice
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten

    �c milk
    � tsp salt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    1. Over medium-low heat, using a saucepan combine 1/2 gallon milk, sugar, and rice.
    2. Simmer, covered, 1 hour, stirring frequently. Remove saucepan from heat
    3. Rest 10 minutes.
    4. Combine eggs, 1/4c milk, salt, and vanilla. add into the mixture and return the pot to low heat,
    stirring frequently (two minutes)
    5. Pour into a 9�13 inch dish and cover with plastic wrap (allow the steam to flow)
    6. Uncover the dish and sprinkle the surface of pudding with cinnamon and Cover tightly
    7. Refrigerate 8 hour
