No Cook Old Fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream

List of Ingredients



• 5 lg. eggs, beaten
  
• 2 c. + 5 tbsp. sugar
  
• 4 c. milk
  
• 2 c half and half
  
• 1/4 tsp. salt
  
• 2 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  
• 3 c. heavy cream
  






Instructions



1. Combine eggs and sugar and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into freezer container of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
   
   
2. When complete, scrape ice cream off of paddle in ice cream maker, stir contents of container, cover and place in freezer to harden.
