    This meatloaf contains ground beef and pork, applesauce, ketchup, and seasonings, along with bread crumbs and chopped onion.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
    • 1/2 pound ground pork
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 3/4 cup applesauce
    • 1 cup bread crumbs
    • 3 tablespoons ketchup
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pat the meatloaf mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let cool 10 minutes; remove to a platter and slice.
