Dilly meatloaf serves 6 to 8

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup finely minced dill pickle
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup tomato juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, blending gently but thoroughly with hands. Pack mixture into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
