    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 1 pound ground pork or sausage
    • 1 cup shredded carrot
    • 1/3 cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup cracker crumbs
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • dash pepper
    • 1 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients; press into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain off fat and transfer to serving platter.
