    This is a great cocktail sauce recipe straight from the heart of the Rockies (Aspen, Colorado), via Cape Cod. The tequila gives it a good kick! This recipe yields a large amount, you may want to half or quarter it.
    Servings: scaled to 15. Original servings: 50

    List of Ingredients




    1-3/4 cups and 1 tablespoon ketchup
    1-3/4 cups and 1 tablespoon chili sauce
    1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
    1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    3 tablespoons and 1-3/4 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon and 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons tequila
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    1. In a large bowl, blend ketchup, chili sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, tequila, salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
