    List of Ingredients




    Cake:
    1/2C margarine
    1/2C oil
    1C water
    4T cocoa
    2C flour
    2C sugar
    1t soda
    2 eggs
    1/2C buttermilk
    Filling:
    1C sugar
    1C shortening
    1/4t salt
    1C powdered sugar
    1t vanilla
    1/2C milk
    Frosting:
    1C sugar
    6T margarine
    1/2C milk
    1 1/2C chocolate chips

    Recipe



    For cake:
    Cook water, oil and cocoa until margarine is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Put in jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
    For filling:
    Mix sugar, shortening and milk for 5 minutes with electric mixer. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
    For frosting:
    Bring sugar, margarine and milk to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add chips, beat till slightly thick and somewhat cooled (So frosting doesn't melt filling). Spread on cake.
