Lemon Bars

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
4 teaspoons grated lemon peel, if desired (I don't use)
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
Powdered sugar
Recipe
1. Heat oven to 350�F. Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Press in ungreased pan, 13x9 inches, building up 1/2-inch edges. Bake 20 minutes.
2. Beat remaining ingredients except powdered sugar with electric mixer on high speed about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Pour over hot crust.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until no indentation remains when touched lightly in center. Cool in pan on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
