Hawaiian Honey Bread (BM)

List of Ingredients




2/3C pineapple juice
1 large egg
3T vegetable oil
2 drops yellow food coloring
3T honey
1t salt
1/4t baking soda
3T dry milk
3C bread flour
2 1/4t active dry yeast
1/4C coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Recipe



Put all ingredients except nuts in bread machine in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select a sweet bread setting and a light to medium crust color. Add nuts at fruit & nut signal. Remove from pan to cool. Let cool at least 1 hour to allow structure of the bread to set.
