1C plus 3 T water (70* to 80*)
4 1/2t butter or margarine
1/2t salt
1 envelope zesty italian salad dressing mix
1T sugar
3C Bread flour
4 1/2 t nonfat dry milk powder
2 1/4 t active dry yeast
Recipe
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic setting (I used the french setting). Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions ( check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 T of water or flour if needed (I had to add flour) ) Yield: 1 loaf (1 1/2 pounds)
