Can use miniature chocolate chips


List of Ingredients




2 cups flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablsespoon baking powder
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/2 cup sourcream or plain yogurt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Recipe



Preheat oven to 400º

Grease 15 to 18 muffin cups or line with paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugars, and baking powder. In a small bowl, beat together the egg, milk, margarine, and sour cream. Stir into the dry ingredients and mix only until the dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into the muffin cups.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes these are best served warm

Can also make mini muffins using this batter.
Check your muffins at fifteen minutes especially if your making the smaller ones
