    List of Ingredients




    2 C Flour
    2 t Cinnamon
    2 t Baking Soda
    4 Unbeaten Eggs
    3 C Shredded Carrots
    2 C Sugar
    2 t Baking Powder
    1 t Salt
    1 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
    1 C Walnuts
    Frosting:
    8 oz Cream Cheese
    1 Stick Butter or Margarine, softened
    2 C Powdered Sugar
    2 t Vanilla
    Milk

    Recipe



    Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil and eggs and mix in mixer. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13" greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. For frosting; mix Butter, Cream Cheese, vanilla and Powdered Sugar together. Add milk for thinning if needed. Spread on cooled cake.
