    Ozark Blueberry Salad

    List of Ingredients

    6 oz pckg raspberry Jello
    2 C boiling water
    1 1/2C cold water
    8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2C blueberries or 15 oz can drained frozen blueberries
    Topping:
    8 oz pckg cream cheese, softened
    1C sour cream
    1/2C sugar
    1/2t vanilla
    walnuts

    Recipe

    Mix jello and boiling water until dissolved, mix in cold water. Add pineapple and blueberries. Pour into an 8x11 glass dish or pan. Refrigerate until set. For topping: mix cream cheese, sugar and sour cream until smooth. Spread over set jello mixture and top with chopped walnuts.
