Venison Jerky

Recipe Introduction
Soak venison strips in cold water and salt for several hours first to remove blood.
List of Ingredients
1/4C soy sauce
1 Tbls. Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 teas. pepper
1/4 teas. garlic powder
1/2 teas. onion powder
1 teas. Lawry's Hot N Spicy seasoning salt
1/2 teas. liquid smoke (i use a couple drops more)
2# Venison cut into thin stripsRecipe
Take about two pounds of venison and cut into very thin strips. Then place strips in marinade over night.
When strips are ready place in a heated 175 oven. Shake moisture from meat and string them on oven racks. Place
foil or pan under meat. After five or six hours check meat to see if it is the right doneness for you. Store in sealed
container.
