List of Ingredients
2 Lbs stew meat
1 28oz can tomatoes
5 pieces celery, chopped
5 lg. carrots, cut up
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut up
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 C Barley
2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/2 t sweet basil
1 clove garlic (minced) or 1 t garlic powderRecipe
Combine in large baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees covered for 5 plus hours. Or put in crockpot for 6-8 hours.
