    Cheesy Cream of Wild Rice Soup

    1/2 C wild rice cooked;
    1 medium onion, diced;
    2T butter;
    2 C water;
    1 quart milk;
    2 Cans cream of potato soup;
    1# Velveeta;
    6 bacon strips fried until crisp and broken up

    List of Ingredients




    Saute onion in butter until tender; add water, milk and canned soup. Heat but don't boil. Add Velveeta heat until melted. Add rice and fried bacon pieces, heat to serving temperature.
