    7 Up Biscuits


    2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)

    1/2 cup Light sour cream

    1/2 cup 7 Up



    Recipe





    Pre-heat oven at 400°.

    Mix together the baking mix and sour cream. Add and mix in the 7 Up.
    Roll out about 3/4" thick on lightly floured surface and cut into rounds (You can use a glass and dip the rim in flour).
    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 400° or until golden brown on top.
    Brush tops with melted butter.
