    3 cups of plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2- 8 oz. (or 1- 16 oz) frozen strawberries, thawed
    4 eggs
    2 cups of sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 cup Wesson oil
    1 1/4 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Sift together all dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs, strawberries, then nuts. Bake in 3 loaf pans for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
