    This bread is nice and spicy and goes well with barbecued meats.

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/4 c Bread flour
    1 tb Dry milk
    1 tb Canola oil
    1 tb To 2 T Cajun seasoning depending on how "HOT" you want the spice to be
    1/2 ts -salt
    1 1/2 tb Honey
    1 1/2 tb Catsup
    1 tb Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 ts Dry onion flakes
    7/8 c -Water
    2 ts Active dry yeast

    Make bread according to your breadmaker's instructions. This bread is nice and spicy and goes well with barbecued meats.
