    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces medium wide noodles
    • 3 large eggs, beaten
    • 1-1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Fresh ground pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1-1/2 cups commercial buttermilk
    • 1-1/2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
    • 4 tablespoons melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Butter a 2-quart shallow dish. Cook and drain noodles; rinse with cool water and drain well. Puree cottage cheese, flour, lemon juice, and sugar in blender container until smooth. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into prepared dish; cover with foil and bake at 350° F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until mixture is firm to touch. Serve with creamed vegetables for a meatless meal! Serves 6.
