    List of Ingredients


    • 6-7 boiled potatoes (whole)
    • 1 pint sour cream
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/4 cup of water
    • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
    • 1 Tbsp. chopped onions or chives
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Corn flakes


    Instructions


    1. Wash and boil potatoes. Cool and peel. Grate on a coarse grater. Place in buttered dipper pan. Mix together sour cream, chicken soup, and water, 1/2 cup cheese, onion or chives, and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle other 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
