    A "Dressed Up" Relish Tray

    Stuff peeled and seeded cucumber halves with a cream cheese, pimento stuffed olives and green onion mixture. Press stuffed halves together, wrap in plastic and refrigerator overnight. Unwrap and slice.

    Bottled red peppers, cut into strips. I actually like the ones marinated in vinegar better than the ones preserved with oil

    Marinated mushrooms

    blanched asparagus spears brushed with sesame or sesame chili oil and sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds

    artichoke hearts, drained

    Hot pepper ham biscuit bites: Use your favorite biscuit recipe, but make the biscuits smaller. I made mine about the size of a quarter. Split and spread with red jalapeno jelly, top with ham slivers. Serve open-face. You could give them a Christmas look by alternating red and green jalapeno jelly.

    Apple and Cheese Pinwheels: Alternate slices of your favorite red and green apples (tossed with lemon juice) with slices of cheese (whatever kind suits your fancy) in a pinwheel. Fill the middle of the pinwheel with grainy crackers.
