Bacon Avocado Dip

4 slices bacon
2 medium avocados, peeled & mashed
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/3 cup green olives, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Recipe
Fry the bacon until crisp; set aside.
Combine avocados, onion and olives. Stir in lemon juice, mayo, salt & pepper. Chill for two or three hours.
When ready to serve, crumble the bacon & stir it into the dip.
