3 cups beer
3 cups flour
2 tsp. paprika
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 lbs. Avocados (6)
oil for frying
salt to taste
3 cups salsa
Recipe
Whisk together the beer, flour, paprika and garlic till well blended. Let stand 2 hrs. Peel and cut avocados in half. Cut each half into 6 wedges. Dredge in beer batter and fry in hot oil(375F) till golden brown, about 3 min. Drain then season with salt. Serve with salsa.
