List of Ingredients

4 Oz Sharp New York Cheddar -- Shredded
8 Oz Cream Cheese -- Softened
2 Tsp Finely Chopped Onion
2 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Pepper
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Pimento
Dash Cayenne
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 C Chopped Pecans


Recipe

Mix well: first onion, peppers and pimento and a few pecans, then add lemon juice, add cream cheese and then by hand mix cheddar into all and roll in remaining chopped pecans. Shape into ball and store in refrigerator until serving time.
