List of Ingredients

3 C Cream Cheese -- Softened
1/2 C V-8® Vegetable Juice
1/3 C Tomato Puree
1 Sm Green Pepper -- Finely Minced
1/2 C Onion -- Finely Minced
1/3 C Celery -- Finely Minced
1/3 C Mayonnaise
Horseradish -- To Taste
3/4 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste



Recipe

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until almost smooth. Chill to blend at least 2 hours. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers or chips.
